The Cini Castle is an architectural complex of buildings at the foot of the Euganean Hills.
During its history it has served many different functions: aristocratic residence, defensive tower, and villa of the Veneto region.

Also known as “Civic Tower” (Torre Civica), the Clock Tower stands in Mazzini’s square (Piazza Mazzini) in the historical centre of the city.

A Church built in 1256 of Romanesque structure and with Gothic elements located in the slopes of Rocca’s Hill (Colle della Rocca).
Inside you can admire frescoes dated to the 300s, marmoreal reliefs from the 700s, and many canvasses from the Veneto Region School of XVII and XVIII centuries.
The Roman Gate was built in 1651 and it is an arch that forms the entrance of the tour path of the Jubilee Shrine of the Seven Churches.
The Sanctuary of the Seven Churches is on the slopes of the Rocca Hill.
It is composed of six chapels along the way that lead to the square in front of Villa Duodo.
Here stands St. George’s Church and the homonymous Sanctuary, where the bodies with the relics of some of the Saints are preserved.

Above the fortification you can find a panoramic terrace from where you can enjoy a marvelous sight of the Euganean Hills and the valley below.
Built around the year 1000, St. Martin’s Church was enhanced and renovated in the 1700s. The sculpture works of art by Torretto, the cycle of paintings by Damini and Diziani’s paintings date back to this period.
Inside the Church you also find other works by minor artists from XII and XIII centuries.
Nowadays ceremonies and some catholic events take place in the church.
On December 13th, for example, to celebrate St. Lucy, the ceremony of the blessing over the bread, which has the shape of an eye with four rays, takes place here.
330 meters high, Mount Ricco is a part of the Euganean Hills.
It is a perfect destination for lovers of walking thanks to both a private paved road, where motors vehicles are not allowed, and to many different paths accessible by foot and by bike.
The “Monte Ricco” offers to visitors many different places of interest and spots from which you can admire wide landscapes of the Euganean Hills and the valley below.
On the summit of the Mountain stands the ancient Eremo of St. Domenica.
